Deep green mound often used in Japanese themed gardens as resembles neatly trimmed moss. Easy to grow in any soil that is moist. Can be grown in shady positions or in full sun, with sunny positions bringing a yellow hue to foliage in summer. These are hybrids and so can be either uniflorus or biflorus.
