Delivery Information

Due to Christmas, all orders taken From Monday 11th December will be delivered on Thursday 11th January. 

All plants are sent in our new designed Environmentally-Friendly compostable packaging.

Delivery Areas, We are currently only able to ship to Mainland UK, we will look to be reintroducing Northern Ireland and EU deliveries asap.

Timing of delivery, all orders over 5 plants will be delivered by DPD the following weeks Thursday/Friday as long as ordered before midnight on a Sunday. Orders of less than 5 plants may be shipped via Royal Mail at the discretion of the packing staff.

Costs, our shipping is £6.95 for all orders under £40 and free for all orders of £40 and above after any discount codes have been used.

Returns, all issues with plants received must be reported within 48hours from delivery. If plants have been damaged in transit we will assess them and refund if the plant is not considered to be viable for healthy growth. you have 28 days to lodge an issue with plant growth. If issues occur we will assess the same batch of plants on our nursery and if there is an issue with the batch we will refund the original plant cost. If however our plant batch is in high standard still we will assume it is an environmental issue with the planting conditions rather than a fault of our own. Any issues deemed to be our or couriers fault will be refunded to the amount of the original plant purchase.

Workshops, events and gift vouchers have no postage. A Gift card of an event can be posted to you if required. Please request this via email or phone call after ordering.
