Delivery Information

All plants are sent in our new designed Environmentally-Friendly compostable packaging.

Delivery Areas, We are currently only able to ship to Mainland UK.

Delivery, Orders that fit into our small boxes are sent via Royal Mail, while larger orders (generally over four plants) are sent via DPD. Thank you for your understanding.

Timing, orders will be delivered by DPD the following week on a Wednesday/Thursday as long as ordered before midnight on a Sunday.

Costs, our shipping is £6.95 for all orders under £60 and free for all orders of £60 and above after any discount codes have been used.

Returns Policy

All issues with plants must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If plants have been damaged in transit, we will assess them and issue a refund if the plant is deemed non‑viable for healthy growth.

You have 28 days to report any concerns relating to plant growth. If a problem arises, we will assess the same batch of plants here at our nursery. If the batch shows a genuine fault, we will refund the original plant cost. However, if our batch remains in high standard, we will conclude that the issue is due to environmental or planting conditions, rather than a fault on our part.

Any issues determined to be our responsibility, or that of the courier, will be refunded up to the value of the original plant purchase.

Workshops, events and gift vouchers have no postage. A Gift card of an event can be posted to you if required. Please request this via email or phone call after ordering.
