Description
Bright yellow flowers. Very unusual.
This is a great small foliage Aeonium which leaves fold up when the plant is going through a dry spell. Regardless of climate this plant always seems to start flowering at RHS Chelsea and can go on until mid July. The flowers attract bees like a magnet and so as striking as the bright yellow flowers are to the human eye I would say bees appreciate much more. We recommend protecting from winter wet as although hardy if kept dry we sometimes lose our rock garden specimens to wet winters.
