Hi Marian
Thank you for taking the time to write us feedback. We are truly sorry for this issue and although we have now changed to plastic free packing we vigorously tested this ne method before release and so are truly sorry you have had this issue. We have pinned it down to a new member of the packing team and have retrained them to the correct method so as to avoid this happening again. I do hope this will not have put you off our plants and would like to offer our sincere apologies that this happened to you. If you have any issues with the growth of the plants, please send us a photo and we will be happy to help further.
Thanks
Laura & Luke
