This is a real show stopper. What a lovely plant with large bright red blooms. Really worth buying. I have bought alpines in the past from D’Arcy & Everest and find them really obliging and reliable.

I ordered this again this year, for several years it returned again after each winter and it has been a lovely front of border plant in my free draining soil. The contrast of dark leaves against red flowers are stunning.
