I have bought Alpines from D’arcy & Everest usually at various shows, recently i have put a number of orders in via their on-line shop. I have been very pleased with the plants picked for me. I have & will be using their on-line shop again. Cheers Steve Sinnott.

Unclear if this lily will produce offsets quickly enough, so have limited size of purchase

Thank you for taking the time to review your plants. The plant you have is 4 years from seed and so should already be producing offsets from the bulb and will be of flowering size so hopefully you will not be disappointed. The bulbs are deceiving as from a bulb the size of an acorn (maturity) you get a flower the size of your hand.
All the best

All 3 plants looked slightly poorly when they arrived , but they are growing well , and at least one now has a flower bud.Sure they’ll prove to be healthy plants, and just suffered a little in transit…

Hi C
Thank you for taking the time to review your plant. It is always disappointing to hear that a customer is unhappy with their purchase and it is always best to buy the plant you see so when next in your local garden centre. We always label size of plants online and can guarantee quality. In this case the plants we grow are grown outside and these plants flower in May and so you are buying a plant that is in its natural state for the time of year. We sell these as 2 year old specimens and so each would have flowered and since been cut back. We can’t unfortunately send out large pots with 15 heads in and generally our ones will only have up to 4 flowers per pot. You do though get our quality and knowledge that we have tested all the specimens in our gardens and also the plants you receive from us are chemical free and so will not destroy the nature in your garden. On the plus side I’m sure you will have great enjoyment form them in May next year.
All the best
Laura & Luke
