Description

Upward facing short variety.

A dwarf Dierama reaching no more than a 35cm in height with flowers facing upwards. Fine erect grass evergreen foliage keeps interest year round for this hardy form. Best displayed in containers or in visible areas of the rock garden. Place in a free draining sunny position.

These are beautiful plants to have in your garden. They are often seen near ponds but a pond is not essential. They can be planted in containers or rock garden.  They have stems of pink bell like flowers in summer.  Cut back flower stems only. In early spring pull away old stems.

    Super fresh dark almost blackish green spiky leaves shoot from this adorable little plant when in early growth. Shorter version of the standard Dierama with very pretty light purple flowers – could be suitable for front of border as well as rockery.
