Description
Rich deep pink flowers above hairy silver rosette crowns.
The main photo is from our garden at home as we love this plant. A little slower growth than A’ sarmentosa and with shorter flowering stems you would think that this was an inferior plant but no, this has glorious rosettes and just as flamboyant flowers. These crowns benefit from resting on a gritty or stony surface with doing this it will grow in borders. Otherwise place in a free draining area like your alpine rock garden, crevice garden or container.
