Description

Large clusters of deep pink flowers.

This is by far one of my most desirable bulbs our stock plants are over 20yrs old and make a magnificent display every year. With bell flowers up to 3cm long this bulb just gets better with age. The foliage is insignificant which makes this even more attractive when flowering.  We hope you get as much enjoyment from these as we do. Perfect for the Alpine rock garden, scree and containers.

We sell these as individual bulbs at the age of flowering (approximately 4-5 years from seed).

    Beautiful, strong plant and I’m so looking forward to seeing it flower next year. I’m so glad to have found D’Arcy and Everest as their plant’s are exceptional. Definitely recommended.

    This allium is a gem in my alpine garden. I’m looking forward to see it blossoming next Spring. Healthy and strong like all other plants I’ve bought from D’Arcy and Everest.

    nice choice plant

    Dormant so can only comment on service and packing which was faultless. As we are in scottish Islands it would probably have been far faster and far cheaper to have sent items in the post rather than by courier but we can’t complain as it was free for us. The non dormant plants bought at the same time are looking good. Very pleased

    This is my second order from D’arcy Everest, and once again I have been delighted on several fronts. Rather than comment on individual plants (difficult to do at this early stage) I list some points as follows:
    – a broad and appealing selection of plants to choose from; many unusual ones would not be easy to source from elsewhere;
    – price per plant is very reasonable and compares well with other online suppliers;
    – the plants looked good on arrival, even the dormant ones (the accompanying label noting this would be reassuring to the more novice purchaser);
    – the packaging used is brilliant; each postage box holds six plants in little compartments, and the plants are secured in such away there is no damage to them in transit; delivery was prompt – within a few days of placing online;
    – unlike most online suppliers, there is no carriage charge for orders over £40, and with such reasonable prices it is so easy to spend above this amount. My order, for example, consisted of eleven plants for around £48. Excellent value!

    All in all D’arcy Everest can be strongly recommended!
