Description
These bulbs bring great joy to the alpine garden later in the season with their delicate appearance betraying how hardy they are.
Ideally suited to the rock garden , crevice garden or marginal woodland. These plants work best in a semi shaded area although we have grown exposed for years in the garden and with little difference between both areas.

This bulb flowers in late Summer. When the flowers have finished let the plant die back naturally. They are dormant for the first part of the year so put a marker where you planted them so you don’t dig them back up.
