Shipping Information

WE JUST WANTED TO INFORM YOU WE ARE ALL IN GOOD HEALTH AND AS LONG AS THIS CONTINUES WE WILL CONTINUE TO WORK AND SEND ORDERS IF ALLOWED BY GOVERMENT.

ALL OUR ORDERS ARE BEING PACKAGED BY US WEARING DISPOSABALE OVERALLS GLOVES AND MASK. WE ARE DOING THIS SO YOU KNOW WHEN RECIEVING OUR PLANTS, YOUR HEALTH IS OUR PRIORITY.

WE HOPE OUR PLANTS WILL LIFT YOUR SPIRITS AND GET YOU OUT AND EXCERCISING IN THE GARDEN.

Timing of delivery, all orders will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday as long as ordered before Sunday @10pm. Otherwise the order will be shipped the Monday or Tuesday after.

Saturday Deliveries, Costing £9.95. These have to be received before 10pm on a Thursday.

Costs, our shipping is £5.95 for all orders under £30 and free for all orders of £30 and above after any discount codes have been used.

Workshops, events and gift vouchers have no postage due to being a digital product.

Backorders, all backorders will be delivered as a whole in the first half of April. Any plants that are not ready for shipment due to unforeseen weather conditions will be sent at a later date for no additional cost. All delays will be notified to you in advance and you have the ability to cancel outstanding plants if delivery is going to be later than 6 weeks after receiving initial package or no later than 15th May.
