If you love the flowers of Edelweiss but struggle to keep it this dwarf form quickly spreads and is nearly indestructible in both the alpine rock garden or container. In a semi-shaded to full sun position this is a real show stopper plant turning into pure flowers in late Spring-Summer.

Looked dry & tired but has lots of buds, waiting for it to perk up.
Surprised to see all alpines growing in peat based compost. Would give 5 stars overall if you went completely peat free.
