We have this variety in our front garden covering a manhole with great beauty it originates from a tight crown so lifts up easily when access is required. Also great for the alpine rock garden, walls, borders and containers in full sun to partial shade this plant will start flowering late spring and if you trim back mid summer will more often than not flower again just into Autumn. Very drought tolerant so ideal for front of dry borders.
